Did you know we do Weddings @ Soul Nook?

Are you a local wedding vendor looking to showcase your own beautiful brands and talent, get in touch with us to secure a spot for this amazing day.

Our gorgeous grounds and historic church are the perfect setting for that special day, whether it is a small styled elopement to an intimate ceremony in our beautiful church to big and luxurious styled set up under our stunning star marquee.

Along with our gorgeous grounds, you get the experience of our owner who was an event coordinator in a previous life and can help plan and coordinate the day to take away the stress and ease the anxiety and truly make it a memorable experience and magical day.

8.30am-2pm

We’ll be showcasing our picture perfect setting and would love to showcase local creatives. makers and anything and everything to do with making someone's day including other venues as we believe in the power of collaboration. This will be a free event as we look to introduce the public to Weddings @ Soul and would love for you to join us by filling in your details below.

With local florists, creatives and makers, make sure to ‘save the date’ and come along to experience the magic that is The Soul Nook Collective.

I understand I may have goods for sale of the day and hat forms of payment are my responsibility.

I will supply my own furniture including a 3x3 gazebo (if required) tables, dressing racks and sales signs/tags and additional advertising signage

You are required to have your own Public Liability Insurance for Products and Services you are offering and if you are setting up a 'Market Stall'. You also need to undertake your own risk assessments and determine your own workplace health and safety practices required for yourself and your staff and for insurance and liability purposes. By ticking 'YES' you are agreeing you have appropriate Insurances. Should you have any questions or concerns, please send The Soul Nook Collective an email.

Terms of Wedding Vendor Stall if successful. This is important for scheduling and safety, so you must answer YES, to have a Showcase Stall. Bump in will be between 7.30am & 8.30am and cars must leave the site before 8.30am. Bump out will only be at conclusion at the markets and once public has left site. Cars will be allowed onsite from 2.00pm.
